Our Story

ProHealth Resources LTD, LLP is a Veteran Owned healthcare staffing company that provides contract and permanent placement staff. Founders of ProHealth Resources LTD, LLP are Robin P. Ritchie and Katherine J. Robertson. We were founded in 2005 and are based in Sugar Land, TX. We provide resources throughout the United States.

ProHealth Resources wholly owns Stillwater HCS, LLC - the operating arm that provides the staff. Stillwater HCS, LLC has been providing Healthcare staffing solutions since 2004.

	Robin P. Ritchie Rob is the Managing Partner with ProHealth Resources LTD, LLP., a healthcare consulting and recruiting firm. Rob has over thirty years of information technology and healthcare experience in sales, operations, project management, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance as well as the IPO process. Additionally, Rob has extensive experience in the 501c-3 sector. Rob has served as General Manager for Data Foundry, one of the original 50 ISPs’ in North America; President and CEO of Strategic Communication Networks; President and COO of e-DOCs.net, a medical transcription and voice recognition company; Vice President of Sales and Operations for Community Health Computing (Cerner Corporation) and National Director of Private Network Systems for McDonnell Douglas Network Systems Company. Rob also is a retired Colonel with twenty-six years service in both the active and reserve components of the U.S. Army where he held worldwide command and staff positions including combat command and advisory tours of duty as well as intelligence and university level teaching assignments. He received his undergraduate degree from The Virginia Military Institute and his MA degree from Texas Christian University. Rob is a past Board President of Fort Bend County Habitat for Humanity. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Habitat for Humanity, Texas. He is also a Certified Staffing Professional.

	Jan Robertson, RN, MBA Jan is Managing Partner with ProHealth Resources LTD, LLP. Jan has a 30+ year career in healthcare and Information Technology, including Critical Care Nurse, Consultant, Account Manager, Vice President of Sales, Regional Vice President and Regional Manager. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alaska in 1980 and her Master of Business Administration in Information Systems and Finance from the University of Southern California in 1986. She has held positions with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture), Oracle Corporation, IMG, CTG Healthcare, maxIT Healthcare and SAIC. Jan has held Board Positions on Non-Profit Organizations including the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the Hands and Hearts Foundation. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out and ballroom dancing.
